Pradosh, or Pradosha, is an auspicious day dedicated to Lord Shiva and it falls on the 13th day of every lunar fortnight in traditional Hindu calendar. Shiva devotees undertake a fasting from sunrise to sunset on the Pradosham day. When the Pradosh Vrata day falls on a Tuesday it is known as Bhauma Pradosh(Karj se mukti)(Shyaam ko Suryast k Samay Shivji Aur Gurudev ki Puja-Aradhana Kare). Bhauma is another name of planet Mars or Mangal.
Mangal or Mars is the presiding deity of Mangalwar or Tuesday. There are numerous legends in Hindu scriptures that are associated with Mangal and Shiva. It is said that Bhaum had performed intense Tapas and he was blessed with Mangal Loka by Shiva.

Pradosha, Pradosham and Pradosha Puja mean the same and are the different spellings used by people on the Internet.
Bhauma Pradosh is when Pradosh Vrat falls on Tuesday(KARJ SE MUKTI)
Som Pradosh is when Pradosha falls on Monday and it is considered highly auspicious.
Shani Pradosh is when Pradosh falls on Saturday.
Conduct Shani puja to remove malefic of Planet Shani in horoscope and for His divine blessings. Performing puja on Shani Pradosh would reap immense benefits.
